We stand behind NeuroAxis with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time purchases of 1 or 2 bottles made directly at DrFitzNutrition.com.

What's covered First-time purchases of 1 or 2 bottles are eligible for a full refund of the product price within 60 days of the purchase date. Opened, partially used, and empty bottles are accepted. 3-pack orders and subsequent purchases are not eligible.

How to request a refund Email support@drfitznutrition.com with your order number and purchase date within 60 days. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method — Dr. Fitz Nutrition is not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking confirmation. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned bottle.

What's not covered Original shipping and handling fees. 3-pack orders. Second or subsequent purchases. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Claims submitted after 60 days.

Subscription orders Your first subscription shipment is covered under the same terms. Future renewals may be cancelled anytime before the next billing date via your account portal or by emailing support@drfitznutrition.com. Refunds are not available on renewal shipments.
