Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a subscription from Dr. Fitz Nutrition, your selected product will be automatically reordered at the frequency shown at checkout until you cancel.

Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed.

To cancel, use the subscription management options available through your customer account, if provided, or contact us at Support@drfitznutrition.com with your name, order number, and the email address associated with your subscription.

Cancellations apply to future subscription orders only. If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancelling your subscription will not automatically cancel or refund that order. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Subscription Charges

Your payment method will be charged each time a subscription order is placed. The price, renewal frequency, and applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout and may be reflected in your order confirmation.

If a subscription price or other important term changes, we will provide notice where required.
