Initial Nerve Health Consultation — 60 Minutes
Initial Consultation · 60 Minutes · $175
A Complete Physician-Led Assessment of Your Nerve Health
This is not a generic wellness call. It is a structured, one-on-one educational session with a fellowship-trained peripheral nerve surgeon who has spent over a decade operating on the nerves you're asking about.
Before your session, Dr. Fitzmaurice personally reviews your intake form — your symptoms, health history, medications, labs, diet, and lifestyle. You won't spend your 60 minutes on intake. You'll spend it on answers.
By the end of your session, you'll have a clear picture of what's driving your situation metabolically, what levers are most worth pulling, and a written protocol to implement immediately.

Who This Is For
This consultation is designed for adults in one of three situations:
→ Managing active neuropathy, nerve pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness — and looking for a more comprehensive approach than medication alone
→ Living with diabetes, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, or metabolic risk factors — and wanting to build a proactive strategy before symptoms develop
→ Health-conscious and committed to long-term neurological performance — wanting a physician's assessment of your current approach
How It Works
About Dr. Fitzmaurice
Dr. Fitzmaurice is a fellowship-trained peripheral nerve and reconstructive microsurgeon, trained at the Kleinert Institute — one of the world's premier nerve surgery programs. He spent over a decade as a practicing surgeon, performing more than 1,000 nerve and regenerative medicine procedures and publishing peer-reviewed research on nerve recovery outcomes.
Before medical school, he trained in exercise science and cardiac rehabilitation. His clinical focus evolved to encompass metabolic medicine, nutritional science, and the upstream drivers of peripheral nerve disease — factors that rarely get addressed in a standard medical appointment.
This consultation is an educational and nutritional advisory session, not a clinical medical appointment. Dr. Fitzmaurice does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical condition. Please continue working with your primary physician for medical management of any diagnosed condition.
